VAGABOND STRAYS

Each little member of the "Vagabond Strays" will travel - comfortably nested in protective wood wool - in an environmentally friendly Kraft paper window box, closed with hemp twine and a paper Zolala! banderol.
Included are a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity (with his/her self-chosen name), and printed care instructions.
Securely packed and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box, with insurance coverage and an online tracking number for safety and peace of mind. A printed packing slip/invoice is included.

Please do not ask me to declare a lower value on the Customs form to avoid fees, as this would obviously make the insurance invalid.

LITTLE BOHEMIANS

'Ready to Ship' items ship within 1-2 business days after confirmed payment.
'Made to Order' items generally ship within 2-3 weeks after confirmed payment, depending on your order size and my production schedule. I will email you with a status update once your order has completed and your package shipped.

"Little Bohemians" items will be carefully packed in Zolala! signature packaging, and shipped in a padded envelope. A printed packing slip/invoice is included. If you order items from both 'Ready to Ship' and 'Made to Order' categories, the items will be shipped together.

Standard shipping with an online tracking number for "Little Bohemians" items by STANDARD MAIL from the Netherlands through PostNL.

Track & Trace

For REGISTERED/INSURED PARCEL POST you can use the online track and trace feature at PostNL to track the status of your package or parcel at any time: www.internationalparceltracking.com
The tracking number can be found in your Zolala! shipping confirmation email.

Make sure to enter your zip code/postal code without spaces e.g. '12345' (EU/US) or 'AA123AA' (UK).
(It does NOT include the two-letter STATE abbreviation when you live in the US. If there’s a hyphen (-) between 2 codes, only enter the first code before the hyphen (-), e.g. '12345')

Delivery

Zolala! is located in the Netherlands.
Though not guaranteed, packages traveling within Europe typically take 2 to 5 days to arrive.
International shipments can take anywhere from 7 days to several weeks, depending on the shipping destination and Customs processing of your country **, so estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

** International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local Customs office to see if and how this applies to you.

Returns and Exchanges

While I make sure that items are safely packaged for the long journey ahead, accidents may happen and I will replace damaged items if you -immediately- contact me by emailing me a picture of the item(s) and package as you received it.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, after contacting me via e-mail as soon as possible.
The returned item(s) must be in unused/unopened/re-saleable condition with all original packaging and documentation. You are responsible for the shipping costs and insurance of the return shipment. I will refund your purchase via PayPal once the item is back in my possession and found to be in its original condition.

Repair & Care Service

Has your member of the "Vagabond Strays" become a bit raggedy over time with too much loving? Maybe it is suddenly missing an ear or has mysteriously lost its tail while out and about playing? Then it might be up for a little spa and some TLC.
Please feel free to get in touch, and I will be happy to see what I can do to restore your critter back to its former sweet glory, at no or small additional charge (individually determined). You will be responsible for the costs of shipment and return shipment.

Commissions and Group Orders

Unfortunately, I can not take custom orders for "Vagabond Strays". They come as they are, when they are ready!
And sorry, I also do not accept custom commissions or group orders for "Little Bohemians" fashions at this time.
