'Ready to Ship' items ship within 1-2 business days after confirmed payment.

'Made to Order' items generally ship within 2-3 weeks after confirmed payment, depending on your order size and my production schedule. I will email you with a status update once your order has completed and your package shipped.

Items will be carefully packed in Zolala! signature packaging, and shipped in a padded envelope. A printed packing slip/invoice is included.

Standard shipping by Regular Mail from the Netherlands through PostNL.
Please note that this does not provide tracking or insurance! If you would prefer a shipping upgrade to Registered/Insured Mail with online tracking (+ EU: $13 / WW: $19), please add this option to your shopping cart. You can find it at the bottom of every shop page, you only have to do it once for your whole order.

Shipping costs for multiple items are automatically combined. Each additional item will be shipped for only $1 extra. If you order items from both 'Ready to Ship' and 'Made to Order' categories, the items will be shipped together.

Zolala! is located in the Netherlands.
Though not guaranteed, packages traveling within the EU typically take 2 to 5 days to arrive. International shipments can take anywhere from 7 days to several weeks, depending on the shipping destination and customs processing of your country. (However, from my experience packages usually arrive within 2 weeks.)

  Refunds and Exchanges
While I make sure that items are safely packaged for the long journey ahead, accidents may happen and I will replace damaged items if you send me a picture of the item and package as you received it, as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. I will refund orders once the item has been returned to me and found to be in its original condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Commissions and Group Orders
Sorry, I do not accept custom commissions at this time.
